The National Football League regular season is
beginning to wind down. The latest winner of the Cortez Journal’s weekly
contest is Bill Fraser of Cortez.
He missed only two games. It indeed will be a Merry
Christmas for Fraser as he will receive a check for $50. Fear not for
those who have not won this year, a drawing will be held for prize for all
those who entered each week but did not win. Only two more weeks remain in
the regular season.
Fraser could not be reached for comment but a message
was left on his answering machine concerning his winnings.
Tennessee’s upset of Green Bay shocked many of those
who entered. Kansas City beating Denver did not go well. Detroit’s upset
of Minnesota surprised many.
Two entries did not have a name written on the entry
form. Make sure everything is filled out (please print) correctly with
first and last names and no initials.
