Water makes a good workout

WATER WORKS, according to AquaMotion instructor Joan Harclerode. She said "AquaMotion is designed to meet the needs in a well-rounded and fun format. It can become a hard-core workout or a low-level introductory class. AquaMotion is designed around the guidelines of the American College of Sports Medicine and allows for high-intensity cardiovascular workouts without the risk of injury. Students are in chest-deep water but there is no swimming. Workouts are to fast-paced lively music. AquaMotion has moved from City Park Municipal Pool to the Sands Motel pool. Sessions are held each Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 5:30 p.m. For details, phone 565-7642.
