| THE CARDINALS, a baseball team for 13-
14-year-olds, are bound for the Sandy Koufax state tournament.
The Cardinals had a great season, with 17 wins and three losses,
placing first in the division tournament. The team will travel
to Bloomfield, N.M. July 23 - 28, to play in the state
tournament. The boys are asking for financial support from the
community. If you would like to help defray their expenses to
the state tournament, please contact one of the coaches: Lonnie
Hensley at 564-1911, Robert Fahrion at 565-4261 or Mitch Kidd at
