Johnny Green drives a wagon in Friday’s Ute Mountain Roundup Rodeo Parade as Diane Bartel sits at his side and Daniel Cameron watches from behind. The Southwest Colorado Livestock Association wagon came in first place in the Frontier category in the parade. At right, Tiffany, the 2-year-old daughter of Carolyn and Rick Hessom, watches the parade.

Winners in the Ute Mountain Roundup Rodeo Parade were as follows:

Modern Youth: #115, Battle Rock, first place; #146, Ute Mountain Princess Royalty, second.

Royalty: #110, Teec Nos Pos Native American, first; #142, Miss Aneth Community Royalty, second.

Most Innovative: #128, Pippo’s, first; #114, Mancos Valley Inn, second.

Frontier: #120, Southwest Livestock Association/Cowbelles, first; #152, Ambassador for State of Colorado Disabled Native Americans, second.
