The Human Resources Office at Mesa Verde National Park will host a "brown bag" session on volunteer opportunities in Montezuma County on Wednesday, Oct. 10 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the park’s recreation hall.

There will present information on groups in our local area who need new volunteers, giving park employees the opportunity to see how they can better serve their community.

The park invites groups to send any information they would like presented (information pamphlets, mission statements, sign up sheets, etc.) and they will represent your group at this session. The information will also be kept on hand for park employee’s access.

The following groups have already committed and/or will be represented by a Mesa Verde employee:

Any other groups are invited to send any materials to Laura Lenihan, P.O. Box 8, Mesa Verde National Park, CO 81330.

You may also fax any information to 529-4637, attention: Laura. Please have any information to her by close of business Tuesday, Oct. 9.
