KAYAKER NAJIB JOHNSON of Dolores
negotiates his way through "Hell’s Hole" on the
Dolores River in the town of Dolores on Thursday. The Dolores
River is currently running at 2770 cubic feet per second in the
town. Rafting is good on the upper Dolores, although it is
nonexistent on the lower part of the river because no releases
are being made from McPhee Reservoir.
