Lloyd McNeil, forestry technician with the Dolores District of the San Juan National Forest, seek leads in connection with vandalism of the Chicken Creek cross-country ski area last weekend.

Mark Applequist groomed part of the trail on Saturday, Jan. 13. When he returned on Sunday, he found one or more vehicles had driven all over, and ruined  the groomed section and the lock had been broken on the Chicken Creek access gate.
